2 . Pricing & Kleinunternehmer Status

DE: Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Aufgrund des Kleinunternehmerstatus gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben und ausgewiesen.
EN: All prices are final. Due to small business status according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or displayed.

3.  Digital Content & Access

DE: Mit dem Kauf erhält der Nutzer ein nicht übertragbares Recht zur Nutzung der Kursinhalte für private Zwecke. Die Weitergabe von Zugangsdaten ist untersagt.
EN: Upon purchase, the user receives a non-transferable right to use the course content for private purposes. Sharing access data is prohibited.

4. Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

    DE: Bei digitalen Inhalten erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, sobald die Ausführung des Vertrags mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung des Kunden begonnen hat.
    EN: For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun with the customer's explicit consent.

    • 11.2 If We terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
